Management of competence promotion activity of Bilbao Ekintza, EPEL through its website or sending information electronically. Processing is required to perform a mission carried out in the public interest or in exercise of public authority.

General Data Protection Regulation: 6.1.e) Processing is necessary for fulfilling a mission carried out in the public interest or in exercise of public authority.
Development of competences based on Law 7/1985, dated 2 April, regulating the local system’s bases and Law 2/2016, dated 7 April, on local institutions in the Basque Country.

No transfer or communication of data is foreseen, except those legally provided for.
Rights
All the parties interested have the following rights:
