Bilbao Ekintza, supports events, through grants or sponsorships, with tourist impact and attraction of visitors and companies, that contribute to the dynamization and generation of economic activity in Bilbao.

In order to access to job offers it is necessary to be registered in Lanbide, the Basque Employment Service, as a job seeker. All the offers are published in its web side, where you can consult them.

Likewise, from the same web page you can access “My Lanbidenet”, to register directly with your ID and Password to job offers and know the status of your application with respect to the offer.

We remind you that it is important to have your Lanbide’s Curriculum Vitae updated and that you have a network of offices where you can go to update your job application.

In order to access to this type of support services, we recommend you go to your nearest Lanbide, the Basque Employment Service, office and ask there for employment guidance and support in the search for employment.

In Lanbide you can consult the network of offices, as well as the job offers and training courses available.

Entrepreneurs who decide to access the services of BIG Bilbao, Bilbao Ekintza’s entrepreneurship center, must assume the following commitments:

• To analyze the viability of the business project and to write its corresponding Business Plan, according to the guidelines and orientations that are indicated to them, accepting the evaluations that are established at each moment regarding the same, as well as the consequences that it has on the services that every business project has a priori.
• To communicate to Bilbao Ekintza any variation that takes place in the project in relation to its initial approach and in relation to the components of the promoter group.
• To maintain a high level of use of the training and advice services in business management to which the project has access, maintaining a sufficient dedication to the object of being able to know in the medium term its viability as a company.
• To inform Bilbao Ekintza about any other advisory and/or training program that the project has accessed or plans to access. The advice received by the project through BIG Bilbao, will prevail over any other type of advice that the project could access by any person or entity outside the mentioned Service.
• Notify the time to register your business project in the Tax on Economic Activities (IAE).

If your project is framed within the Digital Economy, in BIG Bilbao, entrepreneurship center of Bilbao Ekintza, you can access to a specialized training and advice through a panel of experts in different areas of knowledge: Life Cycle of a Startup, Ideation, User Experience (UX), Technical Validation and Market, Financial Hypothesis, Legal – Legal, Digital Marketing and Financing or grants.

In addition, every year we call for a “Digital Entrepreneurship Competition“, in order to offer development paths and specialized support to projects within the framework of the project, in addition to a financial award: 1st prize: 6,000 euros, 2nd prize 4,000 euros and 3rd prize 2,000 euros.
