BBF Fintech is a specific incubator for startups, expert in new technologies and financial sector-orientated. Its promoters are Bilbao City Council, through Bilbao Ekintza Municipal Society, the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and the University of Mondragon.
BBF FINTECH captures the entrepreneurial spirit, pioneer in the finance sector, of the city to boost this sector and make it a pole of reference in Fintech. It seeks to connect entrepreneurial talent in finance and technology with Banks and Corporates to pilot new business models in this area.
Located in the facilities of Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria, it has physical space for up to 100 people. It is conceived as an open innovation laboratory and ecosystem, offering an environment for cooperative creation between entrepreneurs, startups and consolidated companies in which new business projects are created.
